Eric Hashim is the owner and chief executive officer of Tripak Industries. Mr. Hashim was previously a member of the senior leadership team at Orora Landsberg, a $1.8 billion packaging solutions provider, where he was responsible for the eastern United States region. Mr. Hashim’s home division of Atlanta quickly became the company’s most profitable business, ending sustained periods of underperformance and unprofitability. Establishing Atlanta as the eastern United States hub, Mr. Hashim built a premiere management team that consistently outperformed industry standards. Most of this talent joins him at Tripak Industries today.

Prior to Orora Landsberg, Mr. Hashim worked as an operating partner for New York City based private equity firm EMM Investments and as a branch president for Victory Packaging.

From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Hashim worked for Cenveo, Inc., a $2.4 billion global leader in graphics communications and print related services. As vice president of corporate purchasing, Mr. Hashim managed over $100 million in purchasing spend, $50 million of which was in packaging. Through strategic partnerships, negotiations, and supplier consolidations, Mr. Hashim assembled an elite group of national packaging companies to support Cenveo’s expansive business, generating millions of dollars in annual cost savings to the corporation.

Mr. Hashim completed his undergraduate degree at Emory University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. Eric resides in Destin, Florida and enjoys playing golf and travelling.

Felicia Green is the chief operating officer of Tripak Industries. In this role, Ms. Green is the driving force behind all aspects of how the company interacts with its customers.

Previously, Ms. Green was a member of the eastern United States leadership team for Orora Landsberg. Overseeing sales support and order management for 13 divisions across the region, she led an expansive customer care team that supported over $300 million in sales. Ms. Green is the architect behind the most successful ERP system implementation in Landsberg’s history. Abandoning the status quo of utilizing an established team of nearly 100 coworkers, she completed an $80 million enterprise conversion to SAP HANA with five members she selected from her home division in Atlanta. This success was replicated with Ms. Green identifying Microsoft Business Central as the ideal ERP system for Tripak Industries and facilitating its implementation.

Felicia resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Catherine Meyers is the chief financial officer of Tripak Industries. Ms. Meyers is responsible for Tripak’s capital structure, overseeing all aspects of internal and external finance and investment activities. Ms. Meyers has over forty years of leadership experience in corporate growth strategy, financial planning & analysis, and cash flow management, working in the manufacturing and distribution sector.

Catherine resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys gardening, cooking, decorating, and spending time with her two daughters.
